Carlisle High School Track at Twin Valley South...

Last Friday night, the Carlisle High School Track Team competed at Twin Valley South and the boys finished 12th of 16 teams and the girls finished 5th out of 15 teams.  Placing for the Indians were the following.

John Pope was 2nd in the 300 Hurdles

4x100 and 4x400 relay teams were both 8th and consisted of Josh Young, Will Printup, Malcolm Smith, Nick Burton and John Pope

Kyle Bartlett was 7th in Shot Putt

Jessica Allen was 4th in the 100 and 5th in the 200

Morgyn Thomas was 6th in the 800

Taylor Scheffter was 1st in the 100 Hurdles, and 3rd in the 300 Hurdles and High Jump

Ally Campbell was 1st in the discus

4x400 relay team of Molly Fuller, Morgyn Thomas, Ambria Small, and Mady Lawson was 7th

4x200 relay team of Molly Fuller, Morgyn Thomas, Jessica Allen and Taylor Scheffter was 2nd

Both teams competed very well against some strong competition and are in action again this weekend Friday night at Waynesville so come out and watch.
