Nick LeForce, as reported yesterday, is at the FloNationals in Walsh, Ohio. LeForce earned a #4 seed in the 160 pound division.
Saturday, LeForce mowed through the competition getting him into the semi-finals. After a first round bye, LeForce hit the mats with Wil LeBoeuf of Oakwood High School and defeated the Lumberjack wrestler 17-2 for a second round victory. In the third round of the tourney, LeForce faced #9 seed in the division Rafael Rodriguez of Adrian, Michigan. Though close LeForce pulled out the victory with a 7-5 score.
Today, will be a HUGE test for Nick, his two wins yesterday earned him a spot in the semi-finals and the chance to wrestle #1 seed Zak Coates from Henry Shibley, Minnesota. If LeForce wins, he will face off against the winner of the #7 seed John Lampe of Saint Xavier Heights Kentucky or #8 seed Damien Perry of Mentor, Ohio.
Good Luck Today Nick!!
